Our 6-Week Kickboxing Bootcamp Challenge is designed to get you in shape and feeling great before the holidays. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll receive expert guidance, high-energy workouts, and the accountability you need to stay on track.

Training takes place on Wednesdays and Fridays, starting on November 6th. You’ll work with professional instructors, build strength, burn fat, and boost your confidence as you prepare for the holiday season.
