- Is the trial really free?
Yes. Your first trial session is completely free, giving you the opportunity to experience Endurance before deciding whether you'd like to become a member. - Do I have to join after my Free Trial?
No. We'll explain the membership options after your trial and you can decide whether Endurance is right for you. - I've never done kickboxing before. Can I still book?
Absolutely. Our Free Trial is designed for beginners as well as people with previous martial arts experience. - Do I need gloves or equipment for my trial?
No. You don't need to buy martial arts equipment before trying a class. Wear comfortable sports clothing, bring some water and we'll explain everything else when you arrive. - Can my child have a Free Trial?
Yes. We accept children from age 5 and will place them into the appropriate class for their age. - Can adults have a Free Trial too?
Of course. You are never too old to start. Our adult programme welcomes complete beginners, including people who haven't exercised for a long time. - What happens after the trial?
If you enjoy your session and want to continue, we'll explain how membership works and help you choose the right option. There's no need to make a decision before you've actually experienced Endurance. - What if I'm nervous about starting?
That's completely normal. Walking through the door for the first time is often the hardest part. Our instructors will introduce you to the class, explain what you're doing and help you settle in.
