Yes! This camp is specifically designed for women who are new to kickboxing. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a great attitude! We’ll provide all the equipment you need. Comfortable workout attire, such as a t-shirt, athletic shorts or leggings, and appropriate athletic shoes are also recommended.
Ladies Kickboxing is tailored for participants aged 13 and above. Whether you are a young lady or a seasoned adult, you can find great benefits in our classes
No prior martial arts experience is required to join our Ladies Kickboxing classes. Our instructors will provide you with proper guidance and support, regardless of your experience level.
We recommend consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing injury or medical condition. Our instructors can modify exercises to accommodate individual needs, but your safety is paramount.
